Our strategy work takes place on a number of different levels. We develop comprehensive strategies for entire companies and specific business divisions, often focusing on the expansion of their service business. We develop strategies for brand positioning and bring order into brand portfolios. We also develop specialized strategies for customer development, with an emphasis on customer retention and customer value maximization.
